• Contact enquiries: name, email address, project type and message when you submit the contact form.
• Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) may collect device/browser information, approximate location, pages viewed and interaction data.
• Technical logs: our host (Netlify) may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and delivery.

How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects (legitimate interests / contract steps).
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, only where you have consented to analytics cookies.
• To keep the site secure and available.

Processors and recipients

• Netlify: website hosting and Netlify Forms (enquiry storage and delivery).
• Google: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Email provider: enquiry notifications may be delivered to hello@builtbyforma.co.uk.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by those providers.
